Golden Ratio - Center Of Human Body - In Quran
Ousman Ahmad

What is the Golden ratio? This Golden ratio is basically is a number (approximately 1.618) denoted by the Greek letter φ (phi), which allows 2 quantities to be in this ratio of 1.618. More specifically, the number is: 1.6180339887. If the ratio of the sum of the quantities (of the larger quantity) is equal to the ratio of the larger quantity to the smaller one, then the two quantities are in the golden ratio. For example, in the below image, the ratio of the whole line (A) to the large segment (B) is equal as the ratio of the large segment (B) to the small segment (C). This means that A to B has the same ratio as B to C. The ratio here is 1.618. This is only possible if A =1.618 x B and B = 1.618 x C.

The center of gravity is a point where the amount of mass to it's left, is equal to it's right and the amount of mass above it is equal to the amount below it. Now, if we locate the center of gravity of our human body, we find it in the red circle in the image of the left hand side of the screen. It is near the belly, which is about the end of the spine. If you divide the distance from the belly to your feet, with the distance from the belly to the top of your head, the ratio is 1.618. Thus, we can see that the human being is created based on the Golden ratio. This is the best ratio to design structures based on it. Now, suppose that the distance from your belly to the end of your feet was not according to the Golden ratio (1.618), but was more than this ratio, what would happen is beauty and structure of the human body would decrease. Moreover, the motion of the human body would become unstable, had the human body not been created based on the Golden ratio. Hence, the center of the Golden ratio of the human body is the belly.
Now, can we find out what the center of the Golden ratio is, in the Quran? The answer is: yes. For that, we need to know how many verses there are in the Quran, in order to find out the center of the Golden ratio of Quran, which will give us the center verse of the Quran, based on the Golden ratio. There are 6236 verses in the entire Quran. (* *) If you want further proof, all you have to do is to count the number of verses from Surah Fatiha 1, till the end of Surah Nas 114.
(Note: the verse "bismillah hirmahman niraheem," is counted only once in Quran, that is in Surah Fatiha 1. In all other times this is mentioned, it is not to be counted as a verse).

Since we know that there are 6236 verses in Quran, how do we work out the center of the Golden ratio of this number? All you do is take the number and divide it by 1.6180339887. So:
6236 divided by 1.6180339887 = 3854.059953963190810442831336056. The average of this number is rounded to: 3854. You can check the center of the Golden ratio of this number (6236) by simply using an online Golden ratio calculator (*), by inserting the number in the first box. Hence, the center verse of the Quran is 3854, based on the Golden ratio. Now, what is the 3854th verse of the Quran? It is the following verse:

"Truly they will eat thereof and fill their bellies therewith."

The Arabic word used for "bellies" is: "l-butun" which means "belly," and can also be used as plural "bellies." Notice here, that the center verse of the Quran based on the Golden ratio, has the word "bellies" in it. Similarly, the center of our human body is our belly. Thus, the Quran gives us in the center verse based on the Golden ratio, it gives the name of the center of our bodies, based on the Golden ratio. But, it was Leonardo da Vinci that took the human body, proportioned according to the golden ratio, and found out that the distance between the navel (belly) and the foot is taken as 1 unit, the height of a human being is equivalent to 1.618 (*). Leonardo da Vinci did this between the years 1452 CE - 1519 CE, since that was when we was born and died (*). This Leonardo da Vinci was the 1st person to discover that the center of the body was approximately the belly, based on the Golden ratio between 1452 CE - 1519 CE.

The Quran was written over 800 years before this, and in the center verse of the amount of verses in Quran (6236) which is based on the Golden ratio, it gives us the term "bellies," in that verse. Thus, the center verse of the Quran based on Golden ratio gives us the EXACT word, which relates  to the center of the human body, based on the Golden ratio, that being "the belly." What are the chances of the author 1,420+ years ago, placing the word (which describes the center of the human body based on the Golden ratio), in the EXACT verse which is the center of the Quran, based on the Golden ratio?

There are 6236 verses in the Quran, and there is ONLY 1 number which is the center of the Quranic verses, based on the Golden ratio that is: 3854. What are the chances (at random) of the author putting the term "bellies" in the 3854th verse of the Quran? Since there is ONLY 1 number which is the center of the Quranic verses, based on the Golden ratio, the chances is:

divided by 6236 = 0.000160359205. So, the chances (at random) of the author 1,420+ years ago, placing the word "bellies" (which describes the center of the human body based on the Golden ratio), in the EXACT verse which is the center of the Quranic verses, based on the Golden ratio is: 0.000160359205 %.

If the 3854th verse of the Quran didn't have this term "bellies" in it, the prediction of the center of the human body based on the Golden ratio wouldn't exist in Quran. 1,420+ years back, even a scientist or the smartest man in the world could not do this, because no-one knew the center of the human body, based on the Golden ratio. Prophet Muhammad never learn Maths in his life! Prophet Muhammad was not a scientist at all. He was an illiterate who was unable to read or write. He received this Quran in Arabic directly from the creator of all creation. This prediction in the Quran is another piece of evidence, which shows that this Quran is a miracle of miracles. It's a miracle of all times.

"Soon will We show them our Signs in the (furthest) regions (of the earth), and in their own souls, until it becomes manifest to them that this is the Truth. Is it not enough that thy Lord doth witness all things?."
